Our G-League (City & Varsity) House League Programs are instructional basketball programs for girls ages 5 to 18 years old and has been the grassroots program for our Tri City Vipers Basketball teams. House League players are grouped according to their age and skill level to learn the fundamental skills and principles of basketball. Playing time is regulated through Metro Basketball Basketball Association (MBA) sanctioned “Fair Play Policy” so that every participant is guaranteed equal playing time (U10 and Division 3 and below in U12- U14).
Coaches are committed to developing individual skills, introducing Tri City Vipers Basketball concepts of team play and improving the over-all fitness levels of their players. Participants have shown improvement in their self-confidence levels and this has encouraged them to continue their interest and passion for playing the game of basketball. House League exposes players to a competitive, but friendly environment, while also offering opportunities to train and excel to a higher level on and off the court; for example, through our REP/AAU Program. Players who excel and are recognized in our House League Programs are promoted and given the opportunity to participate in our Select Programs.
